Bishop Dr. Al Baxter is an anointed man of God who operates under a mighty unction of the Holy Spirit with Signs and Wonders following his ministry. Many people have testified that they have received Miracles of healing from brain tumors, cancers, stroke, heart problems, blood diseases, diabetes etc. Others testified of spiritual, marital and even psychological restoration. Many have also been delivered from demonic oppression and three dead people came back to life as the Bishop prayed the prayer of faith and called their spirit back into their dead bodies.
Al Baxter was called of God at the young age of eighteen years old. He entered the Ministry in 1978 and founded the Faith Miracle Temple of Toronto Inc. and The Faith Missionary Ministries International. His Ministry has grown to become an International Organization with Affiliate Branches in Canada, South America and the Caribbean.
Bishop’s Ministry has touched the lives of literally countless thousands of people by his Healing and Restoration television Broadcast and through Deeper Life Crusades in countries where he has traveled to, such as, Japan, Korea, England, Holland, USA, South America, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, Israel, the Virgin Islands, The Bahamas, Barbados, Trinidad, Jamaica and Canada.
Bishop Al Baxter is a graduate of CCMA with a Bachelors Degree in the Social Sciences, he also studied at Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology in Canada and CGC in Chicago USA. The Bishop received his Doctoral Degree from Cannon Bible College.
Bishop Baxter has been entrusted by God with the awesome responsibility to ordain, consecrate, and commission great men and women to the office of the Bishopric, Apostleship, Evangelistic and Pastoral ministry. Great men such as Bishop John Francis of England, Apostle Kenneth Cobham of the USA, Apostle Basil Obermuller of Barbados, Bishop Emanuel Ansah of England, Rev. Mark Anthony Baxter of Canada and many others have all been ordained, consecrated and commissioned to ministry by Bishop Dr. Al Baxter.
As a member of the Association of Independent Ministries for Evangelism and Education and in association with Canada Christian College, Bishop Baxter realizes that to whom much is given, much is required, as a result, he devotes his life to serve as Pastor, Counselor, Teacher, Mentor and Role Model to people of all walks of life.
Bishop Baxter is married to the Beautiful Lady Dalice, the Mother of his four Lovely sons, one of whom is an ordained pastor, the Rev Mark Anthony Baxter B.Th., who serves as the Bishop's associate Pastor. Bishop Al and Mrs. Dalice Baxter celebrated their 37 Wedding Anniversary in November, 2008.
